Steps to complete everything on the checklist.
Apply to LA Trade Tech
- Go to https://www.laccd.edu/Students/opencccapply/applylattc/Pages/default.aspx to apply for Summer 2024
- Steps to complete application for LA Trade Tech (LATTC):
- After applying (In a few days) you will receive your LA TRADE TECH ID via your email (check spam folder)
- If you applied to any of these colleges in the past, you do not need to apply again
- West Los Angeles College
- East Los Angeles College
- Los Angeles City College
- Los Angeles Harbor College
- Los Angeles Mission College
- Los Angeles Pierce College
- Los Angeles Southwest College
- L.A. Trade-Tech College
- Los Angeles Valley College
- After applying (In a few days) you will receive your LA TRADE TECH ID via your email (check spam folder)
- After applying you will receive a 9 digit LATTC ID Number (typically starts with "900....."

- Part 1 Please complete with your information
- Part 2 has already been completed
- Part 3 please have your school counselor, assistant principal or principal complete
- Make sure to have a signature from your counselor, assistant principal, or principal

Workers Compensation Form
- Write your name
- Under Employee Acknowledgement:
- If you are comfortable with LATTC medical staff working with you, you can check the box next to "I acknowledge receipt of this form and elect not….."
- Then sign the form under "employee signature"
- If you have a primary doctor who you prefer to treat you, you can check the box next to "If I am injured on the job, I wish to be treated by my personal physician."
- You must provide their information and sign under "employee signature". You will also need to obtain your primary physician's signature at the bottom.
- If you are comfortable with LATTC medical staff working with you, you can check the box next to "I acknowledge receipt of this form and elect not….."
