The Intern Project 2025
Summer Internship Program 

The Intern Project (TIP) provides outstanding high school students from schools across LA County the opportunity to work in dynamic career areas. TIP company partner fields include: Arts, Media & Entertainment, Engineering & Tech, Business, Government/Non-Profit/Philanthropy, Sports, and Healthcare & Medical Technology.

Ideal TIP candidates are responsible young adults who are:
  • completing their Sophomore, Junior, or Senior year
  • Enrolled in a LA County High School 
  • ​And above all, have a passion to learn and grow​​​
TIP Summer Program is 8 weeks during the Summer (June-August). Students get paid and receive college credit for completing the program. 

​Priority will be given to high-need students.

The Intern Project's Approach

The Intern Project (TIP) works to reduce inequities & opportunity gaps by providing public high school students across Los Angeles the opportunity to work in dynamic career areas through paid remote or on-site internships.
The Intern Project provides an opportunity for students to grow and for businesses to:
  • Build a diverse pipeline of future talent
  • Cultivate a healthy and supportive workplace culture
